 The summer is here and the home projects have begun. If you are doing any type of exterior modification to your home, you are required to submit an Architectural Request Form. Landscaping such as flowers do not need approval but any type of grading or removal might be required. If you are not certain it is better to check and get it approved.
Also, children are going to be outside playing for longer periods of time. Please DRIVE SLOWLY through our community.
